Calling all aspiring artists! It is a little known fact that Tropicana Properties is home to some of the best artists in El Paso! Now it’s time for you to put your skills to the test.

Here is the challenge:

What inspires you about your apartment? Using chalk, create a drawing or mural on your front porch that shows your inspiration at home. Your image can be as simple or as creative as you want!

We will announce the 1st place winner, 2nd place winner, and 3rd place winner on May 8, 2020

What can you win?

• 1st place – $75 gift card to a local restaurant
• 2nd place – $25 gift card to a local restaurant
• 3rd place – $10 gift card to a local restaurant

All winners will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win $1000
