I do not have a social security card can I apply?

We require a government issued identification and a copy of your social security card.

Do I have to add my spouse?

All members that will be living in the apartment must be on the application.

Can I hold my deposit until I get the apartment?

No, all deposits and application fee’s must be turned in with the application

What do I need to qualify?

You will need state issued identifications for all members applying that are 18 & over, Social Security cards for all members of the household, and any income verification information to include, checks stubs and / or Social Security Award Letters.

How do I pay my rent?

Innago is an online payment service that allows our residents to register and pay their rent online or through the app on their phones. Residents can connect their checking account or their credit card information.

Effective 1.1.2023, our P.O. boxes will be closed and will no longer accept rent payments. Any rent sent will be returned to the sender and will be considered late.

Where do I submit my work order and what do I do if I cannot get a hold of anyone?

All work orders need to be submitted to the designated property manager IN WRITING. Please see the leasing office for more details.  If you cannot get a hold of the property manager please leave them a message and they will get back to you.

Why the difference in prices?

We are a low income tax credit program and we have rents that are income restricted by household size.
