Tropicana Properties Elevates Team with Change in Compliance Leadership

Marcela has accepted the newly created position as Tropicana’s first ever Compliance Trainer. With her extensive 15-year background in compliance, Marcela emerges as the foremost expert in the field, poised to lead our new training initiatives to success. Her wealth of knowledge promises to elevate our Property Managers to new heights.

Additionally, we warmly welcome Cynthia Prieto as our latest Compliance Director. Cynthia’s journey at Tropicana Properties led her from front desk receptionist to property manager, which ultimately equipped her for a successful role in leasing. Overall, during her nine plus years with the company, Cynthia has demonstrated that she has the tenacity and is perfectly positioned to excel in this pivotal role, bringing with her the expertise and insights necessary for our continued success.
