On Saturday, March 22nd, Tropicana Properties proudly hosted a Health Fair at our San Elizario community, welcoming both tenants and local families for a day centered on wellness, resources, and family fun. The event was designed to offer accessible health services and create a positive space where our community could come together, and it was a success!
Attendees had access to free immunizations thanks to Immunize El Paso, including all school-required vaccines for children and a wide range of adult vaccinations. Vitalant was also on-site, offering blood donations along with iron level testing. These free services are vital to many families in our area, and we’re grateful to our partners for helping us make them available.
Spectrum joined us to share helpful community resources, while kids enjoyed hands-on activities like arts & crafts, slime making, and games. One of the biggest hits of the day was face painting, brought to life by the talented team at Color Dreams Face Painting, who added bright smiles and a splash of color to the event. We also had a little friendly competition with prize wheels and basketball challenges, plus a fun photo op with local luchadores!
Hot dogs, nachos, drinks, and helados were served throughout the day, all free of charge.
Events like these are part of our ongoing commitment to the health and well-being of our residents and the neighborhoods we serve. We want to thank everyone who came out, participated, and helped make this event a success, from community members to volunteers and our incredible partner organizations.
