Application Process

As part of the Tax Credit Program, we must review your documents to determine your eligibility. All applications must be filled out in person. To start your application, the following documents are required:

• • Deposit (Money Order)
  • Application Fee (Separate Money Order)
  • Social Security Card for all applicants
  • Proof of Income (6 most recent paystubs)
  • Government Issued ID for all Applicants
  • Child Support Income Verification Letter
  • One Month of Statements (Bank Account, CashApp, Paypal, etc. if applicable)
