MHP Salud empowers underserved communities, especially Latino populations, by providing culturally sensitive health resources and free, unbiased assistance through Promotores de Salud to help individuals and families access affordable health coverage, including Medicaid and CHIP, while collaborating nationwide to strengthen community health efforts.
Open Enrollment this year is November 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025.
DACA Recipients are eligible to apply on November 1, 2024.
October 14th – Castner Palms (4651 Cohen Ave.) from 2 – 4 pm
October 16th – Nevarez Palms (120 N. Nevarez Rd.) from 10 – 12 pm
October 18th – Vinton Palms (7755 De Alva Dr.) from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
October 18th – Tropicana Palms (3710 Lee Blvd.) from 3:30 – 5:00 pm
