Pay 2 days early → 2 entries
Pay by the last day → 1 entry
The earlier you pay, the more chances you get.

To qualify, you must:
Have no outstanding rent
Have no unpaid fees
Be a current Tropicana resident
Be a leaseholder
If your balance is clean → your entries count.
